"The best help desk app for managing customers"
What do you like best about Gladly? I love the task feature. It allows all communication to be in the same place while still allowing multiple reps to work on it. What do you dislike about Gladly? I like everything about gladly. No negatives to report What problems is Gladly solving and how is that benefiting you? it allows all communication for one customer to be in one place which makes resolving isses easier

What do you like best about Gladly? Gladly has been very easy to use and navigate. I'd say the whole interface/website is complete and has all the features you need to adequately accommodate and manage your business. What do you dislike about Gladly? Well, Gladly incorporates all of the messages (tickets) of a single customer in one thread, so there is a huge possibility that the thread would get confusing and lengthy. What do you like best about Gladly? The most significant feature is the ability to see detailed customer information. It helps our colleagues to provide accurate support because we can perform real-time actions. What do you dislike about Gladly? You cannot get the audio to connect on phone calls sometimes. "Easy to use, easy to implement"
What do you like best about Gladly? I like that it's easy to use, the fact that it connects to our Legacy Systems and gives the agent all the necessary information on hand What do you dislike about Gladly? What do you like best about Gladly? Consolidated workflow for each customer prevents duplicate conversations and makes it easier to backtrack on previous conversations. Separate inboxes for different channels which can be further broken down per topic. What do you dislike about Gladly? "Working with Gladly made my work life so much easier and happier!"
What do you like best about Gladly? I love how I can pull up reports daily, weekly and monthly using the Reports section! What do you dislike about Gladly? I sometimes get lost in the menu but I am getting used to it! What problems is Gladly solving and how is that benefiting you? When customers reach out using multiple emails, it's hard to connect their messages, calls and text messages. Thanks to Gladly, we are able to merge accounts easily and we can communicate effectively.

What do you like best about Gladly? I like how easy it is to access the previous concern or messages of the member despite the different channels. It is also easy to merge accounts of the members in case they misspelled it or reached out to us by phone. What do you dislike about Gladly? I am not a fan of the control panel. What do you like best about Gladly? Our company is pretty unique, and the out of the box version of Gladly didn't necessarily cover all of our needs. When we connected with Gladly, their team and our tech team spent weeks working together to refine and build onto the program to integrate the programs we were already using, and generally fit our needs. What do you like best about Gladly? All customer conversations are placed in one thread and not separate tickets. What do you dislike about Gladly? Not really a dislike but more on improvement: Customer Panel color coding for Tasks and Actual customers What problems is Gladly solving and how is that benefiting you? Removing duplicate reachouts (tickets) from same customers

"easy and fast"
What do you like best about Gladly? i really like the way it work and it's all in one I'm able to take the call and take a chat with only one program. also the timer it offer to see how many remaining time i have for breaks or lunch What do you dislike about Gladly? the chats doesn't give me time to close all the info and it send me a new one What problems is Gladly solving and how is that benefiting you? well for now i don't have any issue i really love gladly
