"It has been helping us provide the best customer service a customer should receive."

What do you like best about Gladly? It has keyboard shortcuts that make us non-voice workers work efficiently. The answer tab searches for more accessible solutions. What do you dislike about Gladly? The only downside of the Gladly is that it doesn't have the option for us to customize and save our own speeches. What problems is Gladly solving and how is that benefiting you? Being able to provide customer service in real-time and efficiently.

What do you like best about Gladly? As someone using Gladly on a daily basis, I find "Answers" as one of its useful components. The reps don't need to type long spiels to reply to our members. They can edit the spiels to make it more personable too. We can add spiels based on the current trend we have. "There are still few improvements in the channeling but overall it is user-friendly"

What do you like best about Gladly? It is user-friendly. Also, you'd be able to view all the interactions in one ticket. What do you dislike about Gladly? What I dislike about gladly is when you do the chat/sms the bubbles go up and down when replying to the members and it sometimes mixes your responses to them. What problems is Gladly solving and how is that benefiting you? The chat/sms interactions could have been stable so responses to customers won't mix up and avoid wrong responses.

"Crate and Barrel customer service."

What do you like best about Gladly? Creating profiles makes things super easy! What do you dislike about Gladly? At times it will not let me accept a call. What problems is Gladly solving and how is that benefiting you? The work very well with Crate and Barrel, and are always assisting the best they can to stay on top schedules while working and doing the best they can.

"It's an overall good e-commerce platform for me"

What do you like best about Gladly? I can see the inboxes on the left side, see all the customer details and an overview of their concern. I also like that I can just change my status just 2 clicks away. What do you dislike about Gladly? I kind of dislike where I would have to click one ticket and once I go back to the page full of tickets, it has already refreshed so I would have to scroll down again to find where was the last ticket that I clicked. "Makes the work easier for me"

What do you like best about Gladly? The templates are the best, they make the work more easier, also the cx gets an answer faster. What do you dislike about Gladly? Nothing, it is okay just like it is right now. What problems is Gladly solving and how is that benefiting you? It makes it easier to contact the customers, and also, it is easier to answer them using the templates.
