What do you like best about Gladly? Very relevant as it makes my task/work easier and faster. This is very recommendable for other companies to use. What do you dislike about Gladly? I don't think I am disliking some features of this tool as I have experienced the best on this. Everything is excellent! What problems is Gladly solving and how is that benefiting you? It makes everything easier as it provides accurate details that help me a lot with my work.

What do you like best about Gladly? The best thing about Gladly - is its customer-centered approach to the customers' inquiries; the entire history of all previous communication, no matter emails, calls, texts or chats. What do you dislike about Gladly? The only downside is when the caller doesn't leave a voicemail and hangs up before being assigned to an agent; the call closes automatically without ever notifying the agents that there was a call. "All in One, One Stop Tool"

What do you like best about Gladly? Having a tool that has 3 functions at the same time like Emails, Chats and Phones. What do you dislike about Gladly? The task tool where you'll see two heads in the left corner. it's confusing me What problems is Gladly solving and how is that benefiting you? What do you like best about Gladly? I like seeing every interaction we've had with the customer in a single window. "Gladly is the best customer service communication tool I have used so far."

What do you like best about Gladly? I like the task feature the most as it keeps me updated on my conversations and tasks. I can freely adjust the time, comment, and see the timeline of what transpired while the task was up. What do you dislike about Gladly? "It has been helping us provide the best customer service a customer should receive."

What do you like best about Gladly? It has keyboard shortcuts that make us non-voice workers work efficiently. The answer tab searches for more accessible solutions. What do you dislike about Gladly? The only downside of the Gladly is that it doesn't have the option for us to customize and save our own speeches. What problems is Gladly solving and how is that benefiting you? Being able to provide customer service in real-time and efficiently.
