"Effective and knowledgeable team"
What do you like best about Gladly? The hands-on service with the team is probably one of the things I think elevates Thankful's offerings compared to their competitors. What do you dislike about Gladly? It can be hard to tell at a glance what the service might be able to do, so it does require a lot of hand-holding to adjust processes, and a complicated process can be a bit much to automate fully. The links to get out to other systems are integrated well. What do you dislike about Gladly? Not being able to have multiple tabs open at once. The notifications are also very intrusive at times and don't just flash up and then go away. I would like a quick notification and then it disappear. It lingers a bit. What problems is Gladly solving and ...

"Efficient"
What do you like best about Gladly? The members' concerns are streamlined. It's easier to understand the member's issue since all channel are interrelated. What do you dislike about Gladly? I think it would be best if there were a separate window/tab for a chat. It's kinda difficult to go through all channel conversations of the same member since the chat transcript is long. What problems is Gladly solving and how is that benefiting you? The answers/spiels to issues are easy to access
