What do you like best about Gladly? Starting to use Thankful has lightened the load on our agents immensely. What do you dislike about Gladly? So far there haven't been any downsides. What problems is Gladly solving and how is that benefiting you? Thankful is handling the major overflow of email contacts, leaving our agents free to speak with customers on the phone.

What do you like best about Gladly? Thankful has allowed our team to tend to more high-level complex customer questions and issues by answering the low-hanging fruit tickets. What do you like best about Gladly? Thankful's tool makes using AI to reply to common support inquiries super easy. It allows for easy customization of replies and in the off chance it gets things incorrect, it's very easy to report the issue and refine the machine learning to make sure it doesn't make that mistake again. What do you like best about Gladly? I love the interface for this. It is clean, crisp and cheerful and easy to navigate the enormous amount of software options.
