"Easy, Breezy, User-Friendly"
What do you like best about Gladly? I like that Gladly is very easy to use. I did not have a hard time understanding how it worked during my training. It is straightforward to work on my customer's tickets, like finding those closed tickets that I need to put additional notes. I like that we can now write notes and tag our teammates for specific tasks. What do you dislike about Gladly? What do you like best about Gladly? Transparency - the ability to see and manage everything in one place. What do you dislike about Gladly? IVR could be more user-friendly. Agents have reported receiving new calls directly from the queue immediately after ending another one (in spite of the delay we established in Settings). What do you like best about Gladly? Gladly Support has been stellar in every situation. They are quick to respond and are genuinely interested in making sure their customers (Gladly Users) can serve their customers! What do you dislike about Gladly? I believe that the onboarding of Gladly was a little difficult. I think it would be beneficial, to have a specific contact assigned to accounts. What do you like best about Gladly? How easy is it to find all you need! You have access to the whole interaction history and can reach out through the channel that works better for you!
