"Easy, Breezy, User-Friendly"

What do you like best about Gladly? I like that Gladly is very easy to use. I did not have a hard time understanding how it worked during my training. It is straightforward to work on my customer's tickets, like finding those closed tickets that I need to put additional notes. I like that we can now write notes and tag our teammates for specific tasks. What do you dislike about Gladly? Agents have reported receiving new calls directly from the queue immediately after ending another one (in spite of the delay we established in Settings).
