What do you like best about Gladly? The ability to quickly change prewritten answers and allow them to auto-populate a topic for the conversation. It is also so easy to sync Gladly with our other platforms. What do you dislike about Gladly? We had an issue with Gladly a few weeks ago that caused us to shut down the live interactions. What do you like best about Gladly? The fact that you can receive help very quickly and that it is complete and have a lot of tools to work with What do you dislike about Gladly?
