"The UI is very friendly to use."
What do you like best about Gladly? it has a lot of options like placing the task and even with a date on it so you can know when to assist your customer. also, the fact that you can have SMS, EMAILS, and PHONE Calls in an intuitive way. "Gladly as a New User"
What do you like best about Gladly? I appreciate how all of the information is available across the program so that we can merge client records and view alternate listings for clients. The comprehensive data fields are nice as well, allowing us to track multiple demographic points. It's convenient to be able to email, text and call from the application as well, all on the fly. What do you dislike about Gladly? I sometimes receive errors when attempting to update addresses for customers. And ...

What do you like best about Gladly? That you can manage your time and have something that remind your task, have all the tools in one ta, like calls,emails,chats etc What do you dislike about Gladly?
