"Great quality service for communicating with your customers!"

What do you like best about Gladly? The ease of the interface. You can quickly see the customer's info and past orders. What do you dislike about Gladly? I don't like that you cannot sort the current customers you are working on. A great feature would be if you could move customers to the bottom that you are just waiting on a task for. What do you like best about Gladly? i like that all of the conversations are saved. What do you dislike about Gladly? I wish each person had a notes box where we can put highlights about the customer or short important memos. What problems is Gladly solving and how is that benefiting you? they help me see notes of what someone had said previously so the customer does not always have to repeat themselves

"Very user oriented and organized"

What do you like best about Gladly? I like having all contacts/tasks to the left and seeing them at all times. Also that I can have my greeting auto entered by hitting tab, love that. What do you dislike about Gladly? I do not like that our 'closed conversations' do not include all of the ones we closed as they can be reassigned if reopened and they are no longer there for us to count even though they are contributed to our CPH. "The best software for customer service agents!"

What do you like best about Gladly? Everything in one place! I love how easy it is to do my job on this platform. What do you dislike about Gladly? That I can´t have multiple gladly tabs open at the same time because if I close one, immediately it will hang up my incoming call. What problems is Gladly solving and how is that benefiting you? To quickly find quick premade answers while chatting with customers.

"The UI is very friendly to use."

What do you like best about Gladly? it has a lot of options like placing the task and even with a date on it so you can know when to assist your customer. also, the fact that you can have SMS, EMAILS, and PHONE Calls in an intuitive way.
