"Gladly or Bust"

What do you like best about Gladly? Gladly makes it easy to be a CX agent by streamlining the processes we use on a daily basis--looking up order history, payment and tracking information, etc. I love how easy it is to see who is on what channel, too, as this enables us to stagger breaks and keep the team coverage at the needed levels. What do you like best about Gladly? It is very helpful that it is a very easy platform to navigate, and there are not any difficult tasks. it is very fast and easy when attending to customers. What do you like best about Gladly? What I like the best is that we have all the records of previous customer interactions with agents and that it updates automatically. We can also email or call consumer in that same window. What do you dislike about Gladly? What do you like best about Gladly? Its easy to see how the customer's history is organized. What do you dislike about Gladly? That you can see accurate wait times. I can only see the full week -- and I would like to see just Business hours. What problems is Gladly solving and how is that benefiting you? They are helping with tracking inquriies and self service.
