What do you like best about Gladly? The Navigation of Gladly. It does not take much for the operation and even if you are new to it, you can easily learn to navigate through the systems. "Seamless and user friendly! I highly recommend Gladly! Fast, responsive, and super organized!"

What do you like best about Gladly? What I love about Gladly is how organized conversations are kept, how information is saved to make calls quick to organize and how seamless it is to have customers' data. I also love how fast and responsive it is to use the site and navigate through it without running into many issues. "easy to navigate and maneuver if you pay attention"

What do you like best about Gladly? i like how easy it is to be able to navigate. i like that i dont have to worry about signing in and clocking into superpunch.i believe that its easier to clockin and out of the same platform you work on. What do you like best about Gladly? I like the most is being easy to use, easy to navigat and you can easily learn the site. All functions are helpful. What do you dislike about Gladly? What do you like best about Gladly? The features that Gladly has help make my job much easier. The favorites feature is awesome! What do you dislike about Gladly? Occasional glitch, sometimes the autofill chat/sms greeting doesn't pop up for me. Banners don't show up, etc. What problems is Gladly solving and how is that benefiting you? Gladly is always working to add new features to assist in efficiency.

What do you like best about Gladly? Gladly is efficient in that there are multiple channels to communicate with the customer. "The email, chats, and calls are compiled all together in a long single conversation."

What do you like best about Gladly? The notification sound for incoming chats is mild yet effective. You will stop whatever you are doing just to accept the chat and reply immediately to meet the SLA. What do you dislike about Gladly? The email notification will online pop out as a banner. It would be much better if there is also a notification sound for this so that even if we are looking away from the screen, we would know that there was an email.
