"Gladly an almost excellent tool for costumer service agents"
What do you like best about Gladly? Very intuitive, responsive, doesn't have much lag, many options. What do you dislike about Gladly? Sometimes the call quality is not ideal, not sure if it's my ISP or Gladly, but sometimes Gladly does act a bit erratic during calls. What problems is Gladly solving and how is that benefiting you? Allows me to keep track of my consumers.

What do you like best about Gladly? The most helpful part of Gladly is when it looks like it's easier for us to find the conversation. Just scrolling up and down in the conversation. "Gladly is an easy to use CRM"
What do you like best about Gladly? Customer interaction history in a thread is super helpful for going back to see what long standing issues we're having. What do you dislike about Gladly? Customers are supposed to be "attached" to an agent, and I feel like that rarely happens. What problems is Gladly solving and how is that benefiting you? I'll refer back to what I like best here. Answers are very helpful as well.

"Really convenient"
What do you like best about Gladly? The easy to access UI and really good info displaying on customers as well as linking other calls to a more relevant one that might be already ongoing with a customer What do you dislike about Gladly? In times, info is not updated properly or something might be missing, but that is only in certain cases. What problems is Gladly solving and how is that benefiting you? It usually is fixing the fact that we have to look somewhere else for orders or existing info

What do you like best about Gladly? I like it being friendly and easy to use. You can navigate it all even though it is your first time using it. What do you dislike about Gladly? What I don't like about it is sometimes there you can hear a ring but you can't accept the call as there is no accept button popping up. What problems is Gladly solving and how is that benefiting you? Customer concerns as this is what we used when they reach out to us.

We can call, Email and sent texts to our consumers withouth any hassle also keeps good track of all interactions between us and our consumer this way we can take care of their interests in a timeley manner What do you dislike about Gladly? "Excellent platform for multiple interactio channels"
What do you like best about Gladly? I love the way to transfer interactions and that we can place different topics and notes, which help each other to identify previous issues and interactions and helps to track everything. All the control over the personnel times is incredible. What do you dislike about Gladly? I don't like that sometimes I have identified assignment problems. For example, tasks.
