"Gladly so Far"

What do you like best about Gladly? The best advantage is that you can be on the phone and can have access to whatever the customer has chat, this is a feature that not all the systems allow you to have, is wonderful! What do you like best about Gladly? "Mostly pretty great"

What do you like best about Gladly? The best part of Gladly is that all of the customer contacts are in one spot. This makes it very easy to deal with a customer b/c you have all of their possible contacts in the same thread. What do you dislike about Gladly? The most unhelpful/annoying thing about Gladly is that you're not able to send a fairly regularly sized file or larger through email. It has to be sent via google link, instead. "Gladly is great!"

What do you like best about Gladly? I like that notes and tasks are all in one timeline. You don't have to do a lot of jumping around to get information about a customer. East integration with shopify. What do you dislike about Gladly? I don't like that it automatically logs you out after what feels like no time at all, even in the middle of pulling a report or responding to a task. It doesn't make sense to me. "I've had a great experience with gladly!"

What do you like best about Gladly? I feel that the customers enjoy it, and it is very easy to use! Stores all the customers information and can link them when they use a different phone. What do you dislike about Gladly? Sometimes it can be glitchy, but mainly works great! What problems is Gladly solving and how is that benefiting you? Gladly helps us keep all of our customer contacts in one place, and is easy to use.

"Easy and efficient to use"

What do you like best about Gladly? Súper intuitive and easy to use: emails pop up immediately and the system is very first time user friendly What do you dislike about Gladly? It's way to easy to mess up. For example, it's easy to get emails from admin but it's easy to the incorrect email and email the wrong person lol What problems is Gladly solving and how is that benefiting you? Insurance policies Shipping issues and returns/exchanges

What do you like best about Gladly? I like the KB section in Glady. It gives a lot of help with answers to questions students call in about. It guides you step by step on how to handle, troubleshoot or navigate steps, as well as helping topic off a call. What do you dislike about Gladly? Sometimes there are glitches, which can take longer to fix, and some students get upset because their issue cannot be resolved at that point of the call. What do you like best about Gladly? I appreciate how welcoming and simple the site is to use. Any age group who wants to work in the call center industry can use it. What do you dislike about Gladly? "Great app with so much info !"

What do you like best about Gladly? I like the gladly answers and how there are pictures. It makes looking up things super easy and gives people like me a visual if we need it. I think Gladly is way better than the others with just how they have a tab for everything so your boss can know what's going on, and I haven't had any tech problems either!
