What do you like best about Gladly? Excelent to work with customers, always upto date with the best features. What do you dislike about Gladly? not much, has been updated recently and everytime gets better What problems is Gladly solving and how is that benefiting you? be able to better communicate with customer and have multiple ways from them to contact us.

What do you like best about Gladly? Easy to use, self explanatory. Has features that has ai included. What do you dislike about Gladly? It can have system issues at times, some lags on refreshs What problems is Gladly solving and how is that benefiting you? It helps us find customers infomration effeiciently. Make sure all of our interactions are noted down correctly.

"Gladly makes my day to day work experience very fluently and easy."

"Gladly is great!"
What do you like best about Gladly? It has so many functions in one application. Easy to use. What do you dislike about Gladly? I wish there was an "undo" button for emails to prevent the email from sending if there's any spelling mistakes. What problems is Gladly solving and how is that benefiting you? The AI Summarize option is really great to leave important notes

What do you like best about Gladly? The absolute ease of access and communications with clients, plus, all of the recorded replies. What do you dislike about Gladly? As of now, although short lived with the app, I have no complaints. What problems is Gladly solving and how is that benefiting you? It makes ease of access to clients so much easier.

What do you like best about Gladly? The Fact That You Can See The Customers That You Have Assisted. It is easy to use. The features are good , the email, the chat , the Sms feature and the conference feature. What do you dislike about Gladly? The calls that are transferred take a while to removed from the screen. What problems is Gladly solving and how is that benefiting you? Gladly solves all the tasks that are brought forth.
