What do you like best about Gladly? Reporting, Monitoring, Answering, and catering to conversations. What do you dislike about Gladly? The timestamp since we can't check as to when the last message was sent. What problems is Gladly solving and how is that benefiting you? For better customer experience, it gives us multichannel where members can reach out to us. Also, it improves the agents skill since they can now handle more than 1 channel.
