What do you like best about Gladly? I really appreciate the predetermined answers and hints about our company policies and procedures. This really helps me to enhance my work development. What do you dislike about Gladly? It usually has some glitches and is easily saturated when there;s a lot of traffic on the queues. What problems is Gladly solving and how is that benefiting you? It's solving the time deficit by placing templates I can use to better assist with my interactions.

What do you like best about Gladly? What I like about Gladly is the cleaner interface and user-friendly. There's also a direct link to Shopify for the customer's order.
