What do you like best about Gladly? What I like most about Gladly is its user-friendly design. The platform makes it easy to organise and manage administrative tasks, as customer data is always at hand. "Gladly"

What do you like best about Gladly? It is easy to keep all customers in one space and makes is simpler to handle them. What do you dislike about Gladly? You cannot see how many total customers you handle at the end of the day. What problems is Gladly solving and how is that benefiting you? It helps with seeing how many contacts are in each different group and keeps dates and times of conversations.

"Gets the job done with great support"

What do you like best about Gladly? Gladly has made our work lives much more efficient and organized. We now have every type of communication with a client in one place. We can run reports based on Topics, among other factors. We can scale our remote team, as well as see where we need to schedule for the highest volume call/text times. "Gladly: The Good, Bad, and Ugly!"

What do you like best about Gladly? I like that I am able to link to Springfield which makes it easier to find an order. What do you dislike about Gladly? I dislike that sometimes Gladly will not register the correct customer even if the email used is associated with the order What problems is Gladly solving and how is that benefiting you? It helps me to be able to move about fast so that I am already pulling up a customer's order while verifying the customer.

What do you like best about Gladly? Easily accessible with just a single click, I appreciate how readily it displays call records from the past. What do you like best about Gladly? I like the most about the collaborative, easy-to-use tools for customer service. Creating automated responses are very helpful. The reports are also beneficial, especially for monitoring productivity. What do you dislike about Gladly? There are some glitches when typing out emails and it automatically adds double spaces.
