What do you like best about Gladly? I like how efficient Gladly is. It is so easy to connect with our customers quickly. What do you dislike about Gladly? We some times have difficulty getting our calls to transfer to other available agents, but this may be due to the phones that we use, not the actual program. "Does it all!"

What do you like best about Gladly? Gladly has everything I need to satisfy my customers in one spot. What do you dislike about Gladly? The only issue I have with Gladly is that sometimes linking customer profiles can be difficult. What problems is Gladly solving and how is that benefiting you? Gladly helps me communicate with my customers through chat, sms, email, and phone calls quickly and clearly.
