The great thing about Gladly is that it's easy for people who are new to the contact center industry to adjust because there are simple ways to address any client problems and a page where you can study all the company's procedures. What do you like best about Gladly? Gladly is more organized and it is all at your fingertips the information needed to know about the consumer/customer. You can also review the voice calls in case you have to go back when a customer calls in and keeps all information organized. What do you dislike about Gladly? What do you like best about Gladly? I love that it is not a ticketing system like zendesk or gorgias. It visually is user friendly and is great to look at the entire customer journey, especially with the new loop integration. What do you dislike about Gladly?
