What do you like best about Gladly? What's great about Gladly is how it updates instantly and lets you speak directly with customers. We use it for talking to customers and to each other in the office. It's super easy to keep track of customer calls and the jobs we've done. "It has been a very efficient experience"

What do you like best about Gladly? I like the functions in Gladly and everything is all on one screen. You have your answers and all the other functions. What do you dislike about Gladly? The least helpful is the topics, we have very limited number of them available on our side. What problems is Gladly solving and how is that benefiting you? Gladly is an amazing platform, I have never any issues while using the platform and everyone in our team is enjoying the use of Gladly.

What do you like best about Gladly? its easy to use and navigate, good design, i wish gladly dark mode could be added but i don't really have complaints with gladly. i think its a good tool. "Gladly has been great although there are a few fixes that could help"

What do you like best about Gladly? The fact that all channels are in one place and all the conversations are in one thread. What do you dislike about Gladly? The are a few issues or bug issues that could be resolved. What problems is Gladly solving and how is that benefiting you? I haven't noticed any major changes at this time.

What do you like best about Gladly? I really like how Gladly lets me give personalized service to customers. Seeing a customer's history of talks with us on different platforms in one spot helps me serve them better and make them happier. What do you dislike about Gladly? What do you like best about Gladly? Gladly is very user-friendly and makes interacting with customers a breeze. I love how integrated everything is and how easy it is to navigate between inboxes. What do you dislike about Gladly? I don't like that it censors the word "weed" as I help customers with lawn care. What problems is Gladly solving and how is that benefiting you? Gladly put all customers in one area and lets us filter by inbox which is very helpful and timesaving.
