What do you like best about Gladly? The most helpful feature about Gladly is the ability to reassign tasks as the task is updated. I like that it can work interchangeably between teams and departments. What do you dislike about Gladly? What do you like best about Gladly? I love how you are able to integrate all of your tickets from chat, SMS, phone, and email into a single ticket in gladly. You can eventually read every previous interaction with the customer as long as you integrate the email to the tool.
