"Gladly is quick and very simple to understand."
What do you like best about Gladly? the answer section is very good, I am able to help the customer swiftly. What do you dislike about Gladly? sometime it glitches and takes a 20 second to refresh What problems is Gladly solving and how is that benefiting you? it has a very good english feature

What do you like best about Gladly? Good thing about gladly is you can view the order summary directly on Glady instead of going to Shopify. What do you dislike about Gladly? If the customer reaches out with multiple emails with different issues at the time, it creates confusion especially if there are . What problems is Gladly solving and how is that benefiting you? Order visibility, routing of emails

What do you like best about Gladly? I love that you can see all the conversations in one spot but that you can also select the topic on the left-hand side to go to a certain conversation! The ease of applying macros is amazing. What do you dislike about Gladly? I dislike that I can not search for tasks and that you can not even search for keywords to locate them. What do you like best about Gladly? I like the reliability of the system and the number of features. What do you dislike about Gladly? If it's idle for over 30 mins, it goes out and you have to log back in. What problems is Gladly solving and how is that benefiting you? N/A

What do you like best about Gladly? How easily I can switch in and out of queues if I need to. What do you dislike about Gladly? Can't modify notes after its been submitted. What problems is Gladly solving and how is that benefiting you? Because Gladly is so easy to use, it speeds up workflow which helps keep the queues down but also showcases my skills as a Customer service agent by keeping track of my completed tickets and conversations.
