"Gladly Times Out Before You know It"
What do you like best about Gladly? Gladly is an excellent platform for customer service with call recording and classification. What do you dislike about Gladly? Not for PT support folks. The system times out to quickly. maybe because of its great tracking capability. A non-tracked or guest category would be helpful, reps it does not need to track who occasionally pop-on, like say a sales person.. What problems is Gladly solving and how is that benefiting you?
