"Very efficient and helpful tool to use at work."
What do you like best about Gladly? I like how you can switch between different channels and keep track of your notifications. What do you dislike about Gladly? Hard to find a dislike with Gladly, but I say maybe it could be a little more detailed on the customer's information. What problems is Gladly solving and how is that benefiting you? Gladly is allowing us to have multiple tasks assigned and develop an excellent service for our customers.

What do you like best about Gladly? Gladly is so helpfu,l especially when interacting to members real-time. What do you dislike about Gladly? Maybe Gladly need some updates, but so far, everything works well What problems is Gladly solving and how is that benefiting you? It helps a lot since all the answers and resources we need in work are already in Gladly.

What do you like best about Gladly? It is straightforward and lets you create profiles and answer emails and chats, and helps you search for customers and merge accounts. It is a great tool to have. What do you dislike about Gladly? I have not found a downside to Gladly. I think anyone who has this tool will agree that Gladly is a great tool to work with. What do you like best about Gladly? How easy is to work with gladly and that i can use it from my browser without the need to install anything. What do you dislike about Gladly? When a feature goes down, there is nothing much to dislike. What problems is Gladly solving and how is that benefiting you? Making my work easier. Being able to work from almost everywhere.

What do you like best about Gladly? We just completed our Implementation and it was very smooth, the smoothest, The SUpport was amazing and the platform is very user-friendly. What do you like best about Gladly? You can manage chat, phone and email without switching screens. You can leave detailed notes regarding the conversations, and the best part is the tasks that can be assigned depending on their importance. What do you dislike about Gladly? The fact that you can get both a chat and a call if the cx contacts you through those two it's not good. The timelines are too long and the font can be too small.
