"Useful and easy to manage."

What do you like best about Gladly? Gladly it's an excellent tool to complete tasks and to work with easy navigation. What do you dislike about Gladly? Like all of the softwares,sometimes has issues or bugs,for example double calls or ghost calls. What problems is Gladly solving and how is that benefiting you? Gladly allow us to help consumers in a easy way and to communicate and create task to different departments.

What do you like best about Gladly? Easy to use and understand. Very few IT issues. What do you dislike about Gladly? No issues as of yet, seems to be dependable. What problems is Gladly solving and how is that benefiting you? Converging all conversations into one platform is beneficial.

"Gladly works for me because I receive notifications about consumers."

What do you like best about Gladly? I love that all communication is in one thread and can be listed together regardless of the method of communication that the customer reached out with! It's nice to also see the use in real-time with SMS/CHAT and Calls. What do you dislike about Gladly? "Great work tool"

What do you like best about Gladly? The simplicity of the usage that it has regarding my daily basis work, and how it helps me to be more efficient. What do you dislike about Gladly? The issues that it has sometimes when the system fails and is not working properly, slowing me on my daily process. What problems is Gladly solving and how is that benefiting you? It makes a lot easier to pin conversations, merge profiles, and leave notes for future agents to give the best assistance ever.

"Plain and Simple friendly tool for beginners or advanced customer service agents."

How fast and simple it has been through the time I've been using it and how little fails it has given, other than very little minor errors that do not necessarily affect my productivity.
