For a customer that prefer to use the Live Chat, they can use it and using the self-serving service to find information that they need with their orders. What do you dislike about Gladly? What do you like best about Gladly? Setting a standard for our customer support services is easy because Gladly has many features and tools to control it. Support agents has to work by the rules and SOP that company has sets and it has producing the result that we expected. Using Simplr integration help manage the agent 24/7 operation. What do you like best about Gladly? I love all the integration that has vast of selection and easy to pair. We integrate with Magento to handles all the sales and ecommerce platform and using Loop to manage customer return operation. What do you dislike about Gladly?
