Easy to use and very handy

What do you like best? The fact that one can perform many git operations using the webpage itself. The ability to perform ci/cd along with many features such as keeping track of different merge requests make it a powerful code management tool What do you dislike? No features as such, mostly easy to use What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Managing source codes between teams and providing visibility about different ongoing and finished tasks

Integrated solution for development workflow

What do you like best? GitLab does a great job at creating a unified experience for our developers. We previously had several best-of bread solutions (code repository, issue tracker, CI runners and deployment pipelines) co-exist between our team, but we managed to consolidate this into a single solutions, which meets most of our needs. What do you dislike? The issue tracker's functionality is limited and is often described as hard-to-use for non-technical users. We have trouble with ...

Complete tracking of the projects

What do you like best? GitLab offers a variety of features for importing and exporting certain projects to anywhere. Also, I prefer it’s ability to create task panels that enables me to divide all the workload into different sections and also these panels can be named and assign people as well in teamwork. Best feature of this application is its ability to create repository, also to set certain permissions is making my experience more valuable on it. What do you dislike? Each feature ...

Strange way of archiving products developed in a group What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Version control; if we break our code we roll back to the previous version without any issues

The best tool to control projects

What do you like best? It supports multiple repositories, security and low cost or even though free access for individuals. Gitlab is the best on-premise solution for managing a code base with the added benefit of having a complete CI pipeline with the code. I can interact with another user and I learned a lot using this. What do you dislike? I did not like the way this utility displays the diff between 2 versions that we are a branch office and needed to contact the corporation to ...

I fell in love with gitlab

What do you like best? In my work as a freelancer GitLab is an excellent tool to take an order of each project that I carry out, each feature of this software is very important for all users, because we can import and export a project at the time we want and it will always be updated to the Most recent version that we have endorsed, the characteristics that I like the most is to be able to create branches of the same project in order to keep an order of the step by step I give. GitLab ...
