A powerful team control system

What do you like best? GitHub empowers the collaboration between employees with solid issues and the best of market code merge management utilities. What do you dislike? Doesn't offer an integrated code building pipeline, everything have to be cloned on your own storage disk in order to be able to build the project. What problems are you solving with the product?
