A useful software for those who aren't an expert graphic designer
What do you like best? I'm not a professional graphic designer, but with GIMP I can easily get the results I want and feel satisfied. It's also a free and open-source raster graphics editor (a very important factor for small company and professionals).

Good Graphic Image Editing Tool And Its Free
What do you like best? GIMP is the only free editing tool I use that has features like photoshop. It is easy to use and pretty straightforward. Theres a learning curve but youll just spend a little time for it. It also has a good amount of plugins, templates and brushes availble online, and the user and community based is good. What do you dislike? Its not GIMP, but on how most people, even some of my team all use Photoshop. So I still use Photoshop because of it. If only GIMP ...

What do you like best? What do you dislike?

Like Photoshop but Free!
What do you like best? The fact that it is a free program with all the capability of photoshop. It's basically the same. What do you dislike? Limited CMYK functionality which means print design is limited/more difficult. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? The ability to do professional-grade graphic design without the outrageous cost of photoshop.

The "free version" of photoshop
What do you like best? I like the fact that if you have the skill, you can easily work as you can work with adobe photoshop. What do you dislike? I dislike that it does not have transformation tools and it is a bit unconvinient to use. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I do editing photos for presentations generally.

Best tool for graphics
What do you like best? This tool enables almost to anyone to create design elements, icons, and more. Super easy to use and totally free. Perfect for Linux users. The free version is so complete that you probably don't need a paid version What do you dislike? Doesn't allow collaboration, data visualization and the creation of a image database. It's easy to use, but it has a small learning curve at the beginning. Recommendations to others considering the product: Install the tool ...

GIMP is free and a quite powerful photo factor.
