Unfortunately it took about a week because of the time difference and lack of phone support available but at least now I don't have to re-create my lead generation funnels on a new platform. Charged me without reason.

I haven't actually worked with GetResponse but somehow they have billed my card. I have contacted them numerous times and now they say they are willing to refund one of the charges, but not all three. EXCUSE ME??? When has it become ok for a company you have never worked with to charge your card and then refuse to refund the money?? I cannot recommend them in any way. If they charged my card without me actually signing up for their services, what would they charge me to work with them??

Из минусов гетреспонса наверное только стоимость - они довольно дорогие по рынку. Но как известно скупой платит дважды. Качество сервиса на высоте - письма доставляются почти идеально - раньше это казалось невозможно. В системе есть очень расширенная статистика под каждую рассылку со всеми этапами в разрезе по сегментам, это очень удобно. Часть задач можно автоматизировать воронками, что позволяет даже оценивать стоимость лида с email-маркетинга.

My account was deactivated last night

My account was deactivated last night. The email I received said I had too many spam reports... No chance of refund. What's worse is importing my own lists would get rejected constantly. Very frustrating. I'll be looking for another AR service.

Worst platform. Such one-sided behaviour from support staff who suspended the account without asking me any questions/ explanations. Btw, I bought for a full 1 year and they aren't refunding the money. My list that was working absolutely fine on other providers was flagged by these greedy fellows and boom they terminated- no questions asked. Удаление аккаунта без предупреждения.

Сервис просто взял и удалил аккаунт, без уведомления, без предупреждения, без звонков. Просто взял и уничтожил, все что мы создавали. Пропала вся база подписчиков в которой было 5000 наших клиентов, все шаблоны писем... пропало абсолютно все. На данный момент просто невосполнимые потери. Подумайте 1001 и 1 раз прежде чем пользоваться их сервисом. И худшей поддержки я не видела.
