J'ai perdu beaucoup de temps avec cette application dont il manque de nombreuses fonctionnalités.Elle est trop compliquée à utiliser.Par ailleurs la résiliation prend effet immédiat et non à la fin de la période pour laquelle vous avez payé.Je déconseille fortement.

Scam! They are thieves!
I should have read the reviews before attempting to start service with this company. They scammed me out of $49 and refuse to issue a refund, I will be reporting them over to the FTC because i contacted support within minutes of noticing the mistake and asked for them to fix it. They cancelled the account within in minutes but refuse to issue me a refund! So basically im being billed for a service that i never used an that was marketed as a free trial. I was signing up for the 30 day trial…
I was signing up for the 30 day trial and they charged my credit card for a full month. I immediately contacted customer service via chat and all she did was state that I chose to sign up instead of do the trial and I lost the benefit of the 30 day trial - which I did not. She proceeded to tell me they have a "no refund" policy. I then went to my account to stop any future transactions from being charged to my card - but the day you cancel is when you lose all access to the platform so not ...

THIS COMPANY IS AWFUL! DON'T EVEN WASTE YOUR MONEY. WE USED THEM FOR ONE DAY, THEY DEACTIVATED OUR ACCOUNT CLAIMING WE "SOLD DRUGS" WHICH IS ABSOLUTELY FALSE AND RIDICULOUS. THEN SAID WE WOULDN'T BE GETTING A REFUND. THE PLATFORM ITSELF IS EXTREMELY DIFFICULT TO DESIGN IN. THE TEMPLATES ARE HORRIBLE AND THE END RESULT IS SO EXTREMELY BASIC, IT'S NOT WORTH THE STRUGGLE. DON'T SIGN UP! UNLESS YOU HAVE $100 TO WASTE AND 100 HOURS OF FRUSTRATION TO SPARE
