I have been with Getresponse for almost 4 years now. Getresponse has been brilliant with great training and content. I love the simplicity and ease of use. So far have not had any issues. Everything has been working smoothly for me. Keep up the good work.

a bit of a learning curve at the start…
a bit of a learning curve at the start about 6 years ago, and sometimes after major updates, but the ease and performance of getting our info out to clients has been stalwart.

I love getreponse…
I really like getresponse very beginner friendly. To me they have everything you need for your campaign.one of the best email automation and email auto responder. I have recommended them to my peers

Webinars
The organisation of the webinars (invitations, reminders, the existence of recording option) is done very well. However I am still not able to figure out how I can make a slideshow presentation with its features (sounds, animations etc) with a GetResponse webinar. A modern presentation has embedded animations, videos, sounds etc and if I can't show them to the audience, I am missing a lot of the impact I want to make on my potential clients in order to make them buy my products. So many great features in GR
So many great features in GR, but there are some limitations and strange things that happen. For instance, I was editing an email and the cursor consistently jumped to the bottom of the text box as I was editing. It didn't just happen once. Things like this are super frustrating.

After using several other products
After using several other products, I am so glad to have found GetResponse. Other systems seem to have old fashioned approaches. GR is easy to use, has wonderful customer support, and offers great webinars to help users upgrade their own interactions. Highly recommended.
