The entire platform offers a lot for the money. But it is so huge and overwhelming, hours and hours of training utilizing your own tutorials and videos. But that's what I've been struggling with, would use a lot more if I had more time to teach myself.

Webinars
The organisation of the webinars (invitations, reminders, the existence of recording option) is done very well. However I am still not able to figure out how I can make a slideshow presentation with its features (sounds, animations etc) with a GetResponse webinar. Great Autoresponder provider. But...
Great Autoresponder provider that I have used for a number of years, constantly improving the user experience to make a simple to use yet very in depth system. The only thing that lets it down compared to its closest rival is the charges for the user just starting out (up to 500 subscribers), something Aweber provides for free.

Love their 24/7 chat support!
I have found the most helpful part of GetResponse is their chat support. There’s always so many questions when you’re learning how to create a course and offer it online. They also have a wide array of services such as emails, landing pages, sales funnels and webinars. It’s hard to find all those combined for a pretty decent price.

GetResponse is awesome
GetResponse is awesome. I have used their services for many years. Their customer support is excellent and their customer interface is very easy to use with lots of tutorials. I always recommend GetResponse to my business contacts.
