When I discovered a problem, I called the toll-free phone number and had it fixed right away. Working with GetResponse relieved my stress and made communicating fun and easy. Decent Email service provider, good bang for your buck.
The emailing product is decent. However, the landing pages tool could seriously use an update, especially the very 2000s interface that is quite jarring. Worth noting is the great support that I've always received in a timely manner whenever I had a question or issue that needed to be solved. Automation features are quite good, and intuitive to use. I'd say they are a close second behind ActiveCampaign in terms of the quality of their automation. User interface is miles better here ...

I use GetResponse for email marketing…
I use GetResponse for email marketing e-commerce for a few years now. It’s easy to connect and sync with a Shopify store. What I like is the pre- made templates available and I can create my own. Of course the open rate depends on your messages. You have tracking and reports for newsletters. If you need help the support is great. The price is better than other similar tools.

Good All in One Tool but Not Great for Broadcasts
I've been using Get Response since 2013 and I find them great for Automations and Auto-Responder Series. Not so great for general Broadcast Mails which don't get anyway near the Open Rates of Emails sent by their Auto-Responder System. But overall I would recommend them as a good All-in-One Tool for running your Email Marketing Campaigns, especially for long AR Series.

The service is excellent and there are…
The service is excellent and there are a lot of features inside the platform. However navigation is not so great for anyone starting new, you do get used to it but it can be confusing. Alos it would be a better product if there was a loyalty system in place to encourage people to stay with them. Pricing is expensive and offers only apply to new customers. Ed

They are great
They are great. Only a couple things I even had to ask about, due to not knowing the landing page and why mobile is different. Got answers and off I went.
