I tried to cancel my account 2 months…

I tried to cancel my account 2 months ago, and they kept my account running. And now I owe for that back balance and are claiming I never canceled it. They purposely are misleading and not willing to budge on a balance of $30 USD they created. Would not recommend this platform for your business needs.

simply NO !

simply NO ! Despite the outdated user interface and the very poor template collection I spent 2 days for setup of our funnels, autoresponders and email campaigns. Finaly I found out that THEY DON'T HANDLE TAXES ON THE WEBSHOP ! What funnel application would possibly have no tax handling ? DO YOU NOT PAY TAXES ON THE SUBSCRIPTION YOU ARE SELLING !? Remember that they are asking for 50 $ / month !! AVOID URGENTLY GetResponse !

Этот Сервис рассылок просто ужасный. Они дают вам вначале нормально пользоваться, потом начинают зажимать, блокировать ваши рассылки, удалять адреса (хотя с нормальной почты они доходят и клиенты отвечают). В итоге пересчитали тариф потому что 80% контактов удалили. естественно мы перестали пользоваться этим сервисом. По окончанию срока тарифа, автоматически списали оплату с карты (хотя Более чем месяц уже не было рассылок и не кто не использовал их сервис). Деньги не возвращают, мол сами ...

What do you like best about GetResponse? You can send to a large list. The base plan includes 5000 names What do you dislike about GetResponse? The design interface for newsletters is cumbersome and assinine. I don't know who designed it, but I'd bet they've never had to use it. I noticed that the newsletter had my home address at the bottom because that is my billing address for my company. It took 45 minutes on chat tech support to change it to my business address!!! Why? What do you like best? My MailChimp and Constant relationships ended because I was searching for an integrated, yet easy way of doing business. I've since suggested it to consumers who have not had time, but need a professionally crafted form that accepts information easily and integrates it into a blog or website. What do you dislike? Using the service is cumbersome, it would be good if there was a way to examine various concepts of GR without it being dependent on it. It's difficult for ...

I don't know if some of the reviews on this site is fake or not but GetResponse is the best email marketing software out there. I think some of these people be dragging it and be BIG CAP! I've been with GetResponse since 2018 and never had any problem at all! The customer service is some of the best I have ever had. They usually respond to me very swiftly.
