Great service and awesome timing feature

PROS: I use Get response for more than two years. The timing feature is really great and helpful, it sends the email to the customer when they are most likely to open their email account. The price is reasonable. This system is easy to set up and user friendly, it is great email marketing tool.

Scammy False Expectations

I was (am) in the market for a tool that allows me to create a webinar and host it. I already have tools that work very well for automated email + texting, but as I continued researching I kept coming across GetResponse. After signing up for the free trial, I clicked Create Webinar to be summoned to pay for "additional feature" as it was not apart of the package so I did. To my surprise instead of it being a Create Webinar - it was something completely unrelated to creating a webinar. ...

It does what it says on the tin!

PROS: GetResponse is one heck of a CRM. It's able to manage newsletters and e-mails easily. Being able to preview what my newsletter will appear via mobile is simply fantastic! I like how their analytics work. Their FAQs and training are useful.
