Um das kostenpflichtige Abo zu löschen…

Um das kostenpflichtige Abo zu löschen reicht es nicht aus auf den grossen roten Button "Konto löschen" zu klicken. Erst auf der weiterführenden Seite findet man ganz unter nochmals einen Link um das Konto endgültig löschen zu lassen. Meiner Meinung nach ist das äusserst irreführend und so läuft das Abo einfach weiter, bis man bemerkt wie man das Konto wirklich zu 100% löschen kann.

Super Easy to Use

GR is a great e-mail platform. Super easy to use and feature rich. Only complaint is the delivery is a litttle on the weak side but probably avg compared to the similar sized competitors.

mass mailing for newsletter

I tried to send first time sometime e-mail newsletter last April. I received a message that my account will be monitored due to possible policy breach. Hence, i am now careful in the individual e-mail to enroll basing on our past leads subscriber. Accordingly, only active e-mail accounts for the last 6 months will be accepted. Unsure on my side, how i can monitor this. Enough leeway i guess for first time client or may be in your policy or guidelines, this should be known beforehand.

GetResponse is a great EDM app

GetResponse is a great EDM app. I enjoy its ease of use and great templates. It's always improving and developing which is great too. My favourite thing is the customer service help chat. Occassionally you are in the queue but usually you get a tech straight away.
