The customer service provided is…the best!

The customer service provided is absolutely fantastic. Such a relief. I was so stuck with technology and having a 1:1 with Michael in a virtual meeting was an absolute game changer! Thank you GetResponse. I highly recommend them. You won't be disappointed with the level of service and the product is just brilliant.

Get Response took a payment from me for…

Get Response took a payment from me for a fully vetted and authorized email list then prior to sending any emails to them restricted my account, refusing to offer the service I paid for. And they would not refund the amount the charged us.

Ok until you have a case of Spamtrap

If you have a case of spamtrap, what everyone can happen, it gets really annoying at Getresponse... They just deactivate your paid Getresponse accoutn... they are not reachable soon... they don't answer your questions... just let you stand alone, with your broken email marketing, loosing money hour by hour... Don't touch Getresponse at all. Never, ever again.
