What do you like best about GetResponse? From the start, GetResponse seems to cover qui a wide range of services and features. What do you dislike about GetResponse? However, regular use shows that it's still very "heavy" and complex for non specialist like myself. We're far from simple drag and drop tools. What do you like best about GetResponse? Easy to use.Helpful and Easy to understand. What do you dislike about GetResponse? UX Needs improvement. Templates Need improvement. getresponse BAD experience
getresponse is a great tool but my 1 start is for the fact that I was using the free plan and they had an announcement about using the premium features for FREE, little did I know that they were going to charge me...when I questioned it, their response was: you've chose to use a paid feature, even after explaining that I was mistakenly guided to think that it was free until the end of my trial, they refuse to refund my money, even after cancelling my subscription with them, straight away.

So far so good. As I learn, and I'm hoping I'm not going to have to learn the hard way with a vague help/ support system. I'll be sure to provide what I think about instructions/ tutorials available on the platform.
