What do you like best about GetResponse? Easy setup, user friendly. I liked the platform and dashboard. What do you dislike about GetResponse? They don't warn you before charging you for the whole year, and then they won't refund you when you request it. You are required to pay for the whole year even if you are not using it. Terrible Experience.
Terrible experience with this company. They ripped me off and won't refund me money before I made a purchase mistake. I was on the free trial to test the waters and upgraded to see if this was the correct decision for me. It wasn't. Within a few hours I asked for a refund as the upgrade was not for me. It is quite normal that companies will happily recharge an account for a service that has not been used or is inappropriate for a potential customer and future client but the emails went back ...

"Handy tool for firms or startups which don't have enough resources to hire dev team."
What do you like best about GetResponse? The tool is easy to use, and all the instructions provided are super helpful. The features that I like the most are the landing page design which has AB testing will all the required insights. What do you dislike about GetResponse? There were a lot of bugs when we tried to use the webinar feature of GetResponse. This Company Getresponce is a Scam real Rip off
This Company Getresponce is a Scam have not used my account for over a year and was charged another full year on subscription and they wont refund my money as not using account. RIP OFF COMPANY look at all the other reviews in account. Company has to RIP OFF its own Customers to survive it looks like.
