GetResponse Refuses to Refund my Money
I have had more than 15 exchanges with GR as they refuse to issue a FULL refund for a mistake that they made. I was charged $2043.10 and refunded $1,695. A difference of $348 I have been told that I used $348 worth of services in 21 days!!! My normal monthly bill before the "upgrade" was $75 After 15+ conversations they will NOT tell me how I spent $348 NOT will they refund my money and said I if I call my credit card company for a chargeback, my account will permanently locked and ...

What do you like best about GetResponse? Gets my messages to my subs and their automated system is a plus What do you dislike about GetResponse? Very small amount of subscriber but great for slow startups What problems is GetResponse solving and how is that benefiting you? Fast autoresponder and transactional emails

I would like to know more information about how to clean the lists, and how to delete contact as they are useless. I need a very clean list, who make open and click. I understand you do by your self.
