"Email Marketing"

What do you like best about GetResponse? I like that they are constantly improving the platform. What do you dislike about GetResponse? I was told that when an email bounce it automatically came off the list .. but I don't see that. The bounce rate seems to be much higher at times. I also dislike that some features like center a form is missing from their new forms app. What problems is GetResponse solving and how is that benefiting you? helping people in online marketing understand funnels ...

"Works for my needs"

What do you like best about GetResponse? The interface makes it easy to track contacts and acquire new contacts from the html snippet builder. Use of templates makes it easier for me create a communication faster. The interface to build the newsletter works well. What do you dislike about GetResponse? Emails show up in most inboxes with the need to click to view images. Some aspects of the newsletter editor are a little bit frustrating to get right. The preview feature takes a very long ...

"Hamilton County ESC review of Get Response"

What do you like best about GetResponse? I like the ability to use the Get Response template or the HTML template as well as the analytic section that lets you know how the response to our eblast was. What do you dislike about GetResponse? I don't like the issue with the program adding an extra bullet. A lot of our recipients use Outlook and this seems to be an issue I am always working to fix when I should not have to spend the time. What problems is GetResponse solving and how is that ...

"GetResponse review"

What do you like best about GetResponse? Chat help is so awesome - very helpful staff. Pretty easy design and plenty of templates What do you dislike about GetResponse? UI is little confusing at parts, i.e. email statistics. Don't like that copying contacts to a new campaign counts as two contacts What problems is GetResponse solving and how is that benefiting you? Contacting many people at once - easy to do that

"Great features, but missing some things I really want."

What do you like best about GetResponse? I haven't had any problem with Get Response, but I would like to be able to tag people based on actions they've taken, and I can't do that with Get Response. That's why I'd like to switch to Convert Kit. I do like that I can view my email on the mobile viewer before sending it out. What do you dislike about GetResponse? The fact that I can't tag subscribers based on how I want to segment them. I also don't like that each subscriber counts multiple ...

"I use it weekly for an internal information email to be send to employees"

What do you like best about GetResponse? The ease of use when designing the email What do you dislike about GetResponse? Lack of data and analytics. I recently found out our clickthrough rates were inaccurate because we were trying to track clickthroughs and Google analytics at the same time. Apparently this is a known issue with the system and you can only track one or the other, yet your system allows you to choose to track both at the same time. What problems is GetResponse solving and ...

"Nice looking templates but not user friendly"

What do you like best about GetResponse? The templates and the setup options for grouping clients into individual campaigns is a great idea. What do you dislike about GetResponse? The template formats do not look good on all devices. Very frustrating to put a whole newsletter together and have it not save correctly, but if it does save it is 50% chance that it will not lay out correctly between handheld devices and desktops. Recommendations to others considering GetResponse: I would test ...

"Terrible customer service, clunky interface"

What do you like best about GetResponse? Not much. I'm soon leaving for Constant Contact. For the sake of contributing something, I'll say that the drag-n-drop feature is decent, when it works. The HTML bunches into one unintelligible blob, so unless I build it from scratch to begin with, there's no hope of making minor tweaks or edits. Also, using the HTML editor breaks the drag-n-drop feature, so it's hopeless anyway. What do you dislike about GetResponse? The customer service (both phone ...

"I Love GetResponse - Easy to Use, Great Deliverability, Solid Features"

What do you like best about GetResponse? I moved to GetResponse after shopping around and reviewing over a dozen email service providers. My needs are relatively simple - I have a couple blogs, and want to be able to maintain an email list. I don't sell direct products, and don't need to run subscribers through various segments based on purchases or actions. For my needs, GR offers a great mix of features, deliverability, and value. What do you dislike about GetResponse? The email editor is ...

"GetResponse Email Marketing Service Review"

What do you like best about GetResponse? What I like the best about GetResponse is the intuitive ease of use it provides. It takes very little time to get set up a profile and send your first email. The functionality to import large email lists is also very easy. What do you dislike about GetResponse? It takes a little while to get used to some of the terminology GetResponse uses such as an email list is considered a campaign. The front page Dashboard can be a bit cumbersome as well. What ...
