Tardaban en responder, deje de usar el servicio y me seguían cobrando

Me comunicaba con ellos por Correo y siempre tardaban en responder. Después pedí la cancelación del servicio y aún así me seguían cobrando, la verdad pésimo servicio, nada recomendable.

What do you like best about GetResponse? I find the platform very easy to navigate, and the email builder is one of the better ones. What do you dislike about GetResponse? We called multiple about our GetResponse.com contact form on the website getting "spammed" with generated email address. Some times we could see that around 100 accounts per minute registering with random numbers and letters as the name. "Good functionality, navigation and UI could be improved"

What do you like best about GetResponse? Ability to send emails at the same time across different time zones What do you dislike about GetResponse? HTML editor is a bit cumbersome. Overall navigation is trickly What problems is GetResponse solving and how is that benefiting you? We're using GetResponse to send our monthly newsletter. For that purpose the product is great. Not sure if I would use it for drip campaigns.

What do you dislike about GetResponse? Right now there is nothing I dislike about GetRsponse. What problems is GetResponse solving and how is that benefiting you? What do you like best about GetResponse? I like the ease of the email templates, there are many creative ones you can use and work with. I like how they show me the analytics of the emails after it has been sent, such as who has opened it, what links they click, etc. What do you dislike about GetResponse? I do not like the platform.
