Без согласия клиента привязывают карту клиента, в личном кабинете не возможно удалить карту с авто оплаты, только удалив свой аккаунт с всей базой и настройками. Покупая тариф, не возможно его приостановить,у Вас будут постоянно списывать деньги.Либо удалять либо платить.Не возможно отвязать свою карту. Заплатил 20 евро за сервис, который мне не нужен на данный момент.

Worst with billing

I got charged because I took a 30 day free trail even though I cancelled it in 2 days because it wasn’t for me. I’m guessing that’s what 30 day free trail is for?? To see whether I like it or not. And when I asked for refund I’m getting told that I choose paid account instead of the 30 day free trail. Just refund customers I’m sure it will not affect the success of the business. Their HTML code is a nightmare to…

Their HTML code is a nightmare to debug! Why can't I set up my own standard styling upfront (font, font size size, header size/color, etc.). Each time I add, it comes in Times. I change it to Arial, but the Times code is still there in the HTML garbage. Then I get pictures that show up three times in mobile. Platform zelf werkt goed, maar blokkeren je account volledig zonder de kans te geven statistieken of andere zeer belangrijke dingen te downloaden om no obvious reason. Afrader dus, met name omdat ze ook weinig nuttig advies of support geven.

ATROCIOUS! Would never recommend to anyone. I followed some comparison sights to Get Response. The WORST customer service ever. Do not recommend AT ALL.
