I signed up with getresponse and they blocked my account!

I signed up with getresponse and they requested my cell# to confirm my identity, which I refused. I don’t give my cell # out to anyone, period. They could have verified my account with my home #, but they refused to do it. Thankfully they let me verify my account via mailing address and email, which is laughable, because it really doesn’t confirm anything, as anyone could have provided that information as well. More tooltip texts or hints would be more informative. What problems is GetResponse solving and how is that benefiting you? We were able to save templates, they were ease of use.
