"Great for early stage startups"
What do you like best about Gist? Gist provides a great combination of features that covers off all the needs of an early stage startup. What do you dislike about Gist? Can't seem to view properties of an event that come in from Segment What problems is Gist solving and how is that benefiting you? I'm using the knowledgebase and chat predominantly at the moment. It's also good for seeing a complete history of user events that are piped in from Segment

Another one scammed by their lifetime deal and ignored
I was another one who bought their lifetime deal, a couple of years ago on Black Friday on AppSumo when they were ConvertFox. They were more than happy to send me promotional emails gleefully talking about how they'd changed branding to Gist but not so happy to hold up their end of the "lifetime deal" bargain. I bought their lifetime account when…
I bought their lifetime account when they were convertfox. I had a number of problems even after paying for a higher access account for a $200 yearly fee. The service kept sending me emails saying I wasn't able to send emails for sending spam when I was not even sending emails. I told them I wanted my billing info removed and long story short 6 months later it is still in their system and I'm being told I'll be rebilled in December.
