Sometimes while I am logged in, my chat status goes inactive. Then I have to change my status to Away before I can change it back to Available. What do you like best about Gist? It integrates so easily with my site, and testing it out as a trial was so valuable. What do you dislike about Gist? The top-end premium pricing is a bit much, but I guess it's low for big businesses. What problems is Gist solving and how is that benefiting you? Customer inquiries. Great Support and Good Pace of Development

I'm really surprised to see the negative reviews for Gist (formerly ConvertFox). I've had many interactions with their support team, on their live chat, and they are always friendly, helpful and willing to listen to new ideas and to help solve any issues.Over the time I have had Gist, there has been a steady stream of improvements. "Great messenger, full email marketing"

What do you like best about Gist? Gist's messenger is especially powerful and I love that I can embed it on not only my website, but other subdomains on my site. Makes it so my visitors can get ahold of me on the fly--and I get notifications by email and on my phone. I can also set up automations so the bot asks questions to try and help the visitor before they need human interaction. Really nice!
