What do you like best about Gist? The automated and personalized chat prompt that goes out on behalf of our Executive to a newly signed-up customer has been the most rewarding. Customers immediately come to know that if they are stuck at some point with our product, they can reach out to our Executives. It's very customizable as well. "Suitable for use"

What do you like best about Gist? Gist was easy to set up and user friendly. You can easily assign to other colleagues, and track the process. What do you dislike about Gist? The notifications do not always come through so you have to have it constantly open. What problems is Gist solving and how is that benefiting you? Its easy to determine what contact is geniune and what is spam.

"Great Feature-Rich Software"

What do you like best about Gist? There are a ton of great features. I really like how I'm able to integrate directly into my website. What do you dislike about Gist? It takes some getting used to setting up and using the product. But that's to be expected from such a feature-rich software. What problems is Gist solving and how is that benefiting you? It's hard finding a single software that can do as much as Gist goes. Usually, you have to use multiple software.
