"Good choice of service, absolutely has potential to grow and give more options to operate"
What do you like best about Gist? For sure the Live Chat, Knowledge Base, Scheduling the meeting, Email Marketing and the UI of the Live Chat is amazing. The Dashboard is so easy to use. Terrible Experience.
Terrible. They have no ethics when it comes to billing practices, once you add a payment method they will change your plan as per their convenience and drain your account.

What do you like best about Gist? I guess it offers a lot of features related to marketing and customer support. The automation triggers are awesome What do you dislike about Gist? There is nothing much to dislike, I like the product overall. What problems is Gist solving and how is that benefiting you? I am using it mainly for website visitor chat. What do you like best about Gist? The UI and UX of Gist makes it one of the better helpdesk platforms I've used. I've found that there is usually a trade-off or compromise when it comes to features and ease of use, but Gist marries the two wonderfully. What do you like best about Gist? Gist is a good for our sales department with its email marketing tools, workflows and more. It is also our main support service thanks to its chat, meetings and more. What do you dislike about Gist? They don't have a good support service; they reply every 24 hours or more, which I think is too much for a live chat service. What do you like best about Gist? How easy it is to start, and use. I didn't know how much a website chat was needed, I've closed so many sales using GIST. What do you dislike about Gist? I love it.
