What do you like best? I really love how easy it is to add chat to my site and other sites. The knowledge base is a major plus. They just launched drip campaigns. My customers are now engaging constantly with me and getting the info they need. World's worst help desk support and a limited product

They responded to my very first email which was actually a response to their marketing team's request for ideas for improvement. I wrote a very long email with many ideas based on their many limitations. In the same email, I asked for clarification on some issues and about the possibility of a discount. Getgist.com lifetime coupon scam

Like other reviewers here, I paid for $148.00 to get a lifetime using reward from Getgist.comI've just realized that they only provide coupon code fraud. When I get in contact with their customer service, the customer service rep actually told me due to expiration date the code cannot be used anymore. I said lifetime is lifetime but their customer service understanding was terrible and not nice, really. I think their service would be a scam. Do not spend your time and money with them.

"Great for chat, keeps getting better"

What do you like best about Gist? I use the chat mostly but love the fact they keep building on it and now we have a knowledge-base built it! I'm new to all this so we'll see how things go but the basic chat setup and functionality is excellent. Love the meeting scheduler too, I was using another tool for this but think I'll move it all over to GetGist :) What do you dislike about Gist?
